# A quoi correspond le classement cadastral des logements ?

Le classement cadastral des logements correspond à la [variable ff_dcapec2](https://doc-datafoncier.cerema.fr/doc/lovac/lovac_fil/ff_dcapec2) des fichiers LOVAC.

Ce classement issu des fichiers fonciers donne lieu à **8 catégories** qui décrivent l'état du logement en fonction de différents critères :  
**1** - Grand luxe  
**2** - Luxe  
**3** - Très confortable  
**4** - Confortable  
**5** - Assez confortable  
**6** - Ordinaire  
**7** - Médiocre  
**8** - Très médiocre
